Construction Update
It has been a busy summer for the SkyRidge community!
Construction on theStelle Equestrian (top picture) has been moving along.
The foundations of the buildings have been completed and we are now waiting for building materials to arrive so framing can begin!
We continue to see progress being made on theStelle Golf (bottom picture)
course everyday.
The grading of the course has been completed and now there is work being done to complete each tee box.
SkyRidge Homebuilding Update
This summer season has been nothing short of a homebuilding success!
So far in 2023, we have had 11 starts within the community and 21 homesite plans stamped by the Architectural Review Committee. With 66 homes under construction, there are now 21 homes completed within our community.
