Our beautifully appointed Clubhouse will be the heart of SkyRidge, showcasing stunning views of the Jordanelle and golf area. Relax, celebrate, or connect with friends in our spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas, or grocery café with bar. It will be an independent facility open to SkyRidge residents and the public, therefore, not part of the HOA.

Infinity pool with cabanas, lounge, and fitness studio. Available to SkyRidge owners and part of the HOA.

Golf Academy

Golfers can hone their skills utilizing the latest in technology and the teaching expertise of PGA Professionals. The Golf Academy and training center are comprised of a pro shop, practice facility, driving range, putting greens. The three-hole short course with par-3, par-4, and par-5 will have multiple tee boxes and greens. It will be an independent facility open to SkyRidge owners and the public, therefore, not part of the HOA.

Equestrian Center

Horse enthusiasts will have use of the 18-stall barn, training facility, indoor and outdoor arenas, pasture, washing and grooming areas, and dedicated equestrian trails. Training programs will be available for riders of all levels. It will be an independent facility open to SkyRidge owners and the public, therefore, not part of the HOA.

Community Park

Family and friends will be able gather in the grassy areas, picnic tables, and pavilion to enjoy time together. The Park is also a starting point for incredible hiking or biking outings using one of our two trailheads. HOA owned and operated, open to SkyRidge owners and the public

Hiking & Biking Trails

Start your next adventure from one of SkyRidge’s many trails that connect to the Greater Park City Area regional trail systems. Enjoy beautiful scenes of the Wasatch Mountains and the pristine blue waters of the Jordanelle along the way. HOA owned and operated, open to SkyRidge owners and the public.


Day Use Beach Area

SkyRidge residents and the public will enjoy instant access to a new day use beach area from the community trail that connects to the Jordanelle Perimeter Trail. An extension of the Jordanelle State Park the new beach, pavilions, cabanas, and parking area will provide residents and visitors a summer getaway and launch point for non-motorized water sports on the Jordanelle.

SkyRidge Mountain Community Transportation

SkyRidge has a strong commitment to sustainability initiatives and reducing traffic congestion. Transportation for Owners and their guests to a variety of local destinations, such as Deer Valley Resort, Park City Resort, Historic Main Street Transit Center, Canyons Village, Jordanelle State Park and the new Mayflower Mountain Resort will be available through our fleet of vehicles.
