Hello folks, As many of you have seen, the Jordanelle Parkway has been paved end-to-end along with the SkyRidge Phase 1 Subdivisions. The Jordanelle Recreation Area is coming to life, and that means we are seeing increased traffic. While the Jordanelle Parkway is substantially complete, there are still some finishing touches needed for the road to be opened to the Public. The Jordanelle Parkway contractor has asked us to kindly help them enforce safety measures by reducing traffic within the project. Currently, no one can visit the project without being escorted by SkyRidge personal. We want to help keep everyone safe. Please contact SkyRidge at (435) 214-7410 or info@skyridgeparkcity.com and we will schedule a tour. We have four team members available to escort you out to the property. If you are a SkyRidge Owner and your builder, architect, or designer needs to see your homesite, please contact SkyRidge and we will schedule an escort for them. These safety precautions are in place until October 30th, 2020. SkyRidge will keep you updated as soon as the road is opened to the Public. The Gemini Subdivision consists of 44 large single-family homesites that back up to open space on both ends of the subdivision and connect to the master trail system. The homesites have expansive Jordanelle water views and panoramic Deer Valley Resort views. These are some of the premier homesites that will be built in the SkyRidge Mountain Community. The SkyRidge Master Plan shows the substantially completed Orion, Ursa, and Constellation Subdivisions highlighted in blue the new Gemini Subdivision is highlighted in green, and will be accessed from SkyRidge Drive. Also, please refer to the Gemini Approved Plat and Homesite Price Sheet. In an effort to help you pick out a homesite remotely, we have created an interactive map for the Gemini Subdivision with satellite imaging, GIS location data, and photos for each individual homesite.
