As many of you have seen, the Jordanelle Parkway has been paved end-to-end along with the SkyRidge Phase 1 Subdivisions. The Jordanelle Recreation Area is coming to life, and that means we are seeing increased traffic.
While the Jordanelle Parkway is substantially complete, there are still some finishing touches needed for the road to be opened to the Public. The Jordanelle Parkway contractor has asked us to kindly help them enforce safety measures by reducing traffic within the project. Currently, no one can visit the project without being escorted by SkyRidge personal. We want to help keep everyone safe.
Please contact SkyRidge at (435) 214-7410 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will schedule a tour. We have four team members available to escort you out to the property. If you are a SkyRidge Owner and your builder, architect, or designer needs to see your homesite, please contact SkyRidge and we will schedule an escort for them.
These safety precautions are in place until October 30th, 2020. SkyRidge will keep you updated as soon as the road is opened to the Public. Until then, please stay safe and reach out to SkyRidge with any questions.
