in Park City—and at SkyRidge
Spring is in full swing in Park City and Deer Valley, with summer just around the corner. That means things are heating up—including at the new Deer Valley East Village and in SkyRidge, where you’ll find action everywhere!

Deer Valley East Village tour
The SkyRidge team recently toured the new Deer Valley East Village and expanded terrain—which will more than double the size of the resort and includes a diverse array of restaurants, bars, and shopping experiences. It’s incredible, and we’re incredibly lucky to be located right across the street. Our favorite part? Aside from one of the longest ski runs in the country (almost 5 miles), it’s the amazing view of SkyRidge!
Endless outdoor opportunities
When ski season ends, a new world of activity begins here in Park City. Spring and summer are the perfect times to enjoy the longer, warmer enjoy days on the miles and miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding—including private equine trails as part of theStelle Equestrian, which will also offer indoor and outdoor arenas, paddocks, and more right in SkyRidge. With the Jordanelle in your back yard, it’s easy to hit the water for boating, fly fishing, paddle boarding, or all of the above. Want to rise above it all? Try a hot-air balloon ride or zip lining.
Once you satisfy your craving for adrenaline outdoors, you might head inside to feed your mind at the city’s museums, galleries, and other spots for arts and culture—before closing the evening with a bit of nightlife at one of Park City’s 100+ bars and restaurants.
SkyRidge action
We’re excited about all the activity at SkyRidge, too! Prime lots in the Aries and Capricorn developments are currently available, along with a selection of homes for sale elsewhere in SkyRidge. A few updates on our progress:
- theStelle Golf and theStelle Equestrian are under construction
- 40 homes in the community have been completed
- 50 homes are currently in the building process
- 46 homesite plans are either under review or approved
